EJ BONA - EJ System

EJ “BONA – Warehouse” – includes functions for easy keeping, reporting, control and selling of a large nomenclature of goods, materials and products. Functionally provides the ability to perform a variety of operations (including collapsing and merging between warehousing) with the goods and materials in one or several warehouses of the company. Goods in the warehouse can be described with different dynamically created features. There is a powerful device for pricing and dynamic tracking of the sales prices of the goods. An opportunity to enter and issue invoices on different criteria and with different currencies is provided. Issued invoices (pro forma invoices) can be sent to customers via e-mail directly from the Module. Depending on the activity of the serviced company, accompanying documents may also be issued, for example: Warehouse receipts, Input and Output Protocols, International CMR, etc. An Intrastat report can be generated. The module is fully integrated with the EJ System Accounting module. Primary documents are available from both modules regardless of where they are entered. Automated posting of warehouse operations is fully automated. Work with the module is also possible in multiuser mode both in a local network and online over the Internet.
